Product support is provided via both product documentation and personal support via our ticketing system.

Personal Support
Our goal is to respond within 24 hours, but it's likely you will hear back sooner. Support is generally handled via email.
License Key Issues
Product licenses purchased from us are available in your account. If you purchased via the App Store, then no license is necessary.
Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts are automatically applied during purchase. You will receive a 10% discount for each product after the first (max 30%).
Organization Discounts
If you wish to purchase a large number of licenses for your organization, contact us via email.
