Our goal is to respond within 24 hours, but during business hours there is a good chance you will receive a response much quicker than that. Support is generally handled via email. Quantity discounts are automatically applied when purchasing. Your entire order will receive a 10% discount for each quantity purchased after the first (per product), with a maximum 30% discount.
