Personal Support

Our goal is to respond within 24 hours, but during business hours there is a good chance you will receive a response much quicker than that. Support is generally handled via email. Click the Request Help button to the right on this page, or use the "Help" button available on any page of the website (in the lower right hand corner) to open a support case.

License Key Issues

To obtain your license for any of our products, login to your profile page. Any products you have license for will appear here. If you've lost your login information, just contact us and we'll help.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts are automatically applied when purchasing. Your entire order will receive a 10% discount for each quantity purchased after the first (per product), with a maximum 30% discount.

Educational and Volume Discounts

Schools, Businesses or other institutions who wish to purchase a large number of licenses should contact sales@boundarylabs directly.
